Joleen has been a part of a construction family her entire life – from taking messages for her father’s roofing business to working on school break for her mother’s cleaning business. She is very knowledgeable about the new construction process, local real estate and is an
experienced Associate Broker.

Julie Principe, Rental Manager

If you need short-term housing while your custom home is being built, Julie manages the rental properties for all of the ANCO communities. Julie’s 10 years at ANCO have afforded her the opportunity to make the housing transitions for countless families seamless.

In addition to property management, Julie is also responsible for Receivables and Payables for the company.

Elizabeth Witmer, Special Projects Manager

Elizabeth excels in detail and coordination of “behind-the-scene” tasks of your new home. She develops the construction schedule for monitoring on-time delivery and coordinates the Home Investment Protector™ and warranty follow-up. Elizabeth’s graphic design experience in the publishing industry helps her create ANCO’s distinctive process materials and maintain the company website.


Wendy Billings, Property Services Specialist

Wendy is detail-oriented with a high degree of tenacity. Her roles of monitoring the safety and insurance issues of contractors ensures that ANCO maintains a high level of dedicated, responsible sub-contractors.

Wendy uses her natural talent in Property Services to maintain high-quality relationships with our rental clients and service personnel.
